I am trying to model curve steel-plate girder in LEAP Steel as an alternative to the current software we are using now. I am working on a three-span continuous steel plate girder now.
One issue I have now is to define pier offset to the alignment. The "offset to Bridge CL" option in Pier/Abutment Locations only define the offset between alignment and CL of bridge by assuming the center line of piers will be the CL of bridge. But in case of eccentric column, the offset between alignment and CL of bridge (deck) is different from the offset between alignment and center line of piers.
I wonder if there is way I can define the location of the pier independently so I can model eccentric column in LEAP Steel.

When we define the Offset to Bridge CL, the whole bridge moves with respect to the main alignment:
Now when you are placing the columns they are placed with respect to the Pier. For example if I am placing 2 columns on Pier # 1, each column has its offset from the left edge of the cap:
