What happened with my CONNECT?

It looks like it might be Licensing and Activation issue

The only solution is to upgrade the CONNECTION client to version 10.0.4.17. If you already have that version installed then please post the above question on Bentley Cloud and Web Services Communities Forum.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, I installed 10.0.4.17 already when this problem shows. It is working now. I logged out my account (dwang) then I logged in another bentley account (uah.dongwang). Then, I logged out that account and logged back in the previous account. It is working now somehow.
