Regarding Learning of Bridge Master

How long it may take to learn those software since I'm in India where can i used to learn it whether online or any specialised institutions, meantime I'm in transportation field Highways.

I just heard about the values of these bentley packages world wide mainly in US, UK & Australian companies that indulged me to learn the softwares also I'm not having anything regarding these topics, please let me know that how much it cost and all.
