Modifying and fixing lane width in LEAP

Hi, I am trying to fix the lane position on a bridge which carries railway traffic. Does Leap have the option of fixing the lane width to certain value and certain position , as in a railway bridge the position of rails are fixed ?

Currently there is no option to fix the Lane width to certain value and certain position .
One of the workaround solution for this issue is to move the Crash Barrier in such a way that the Carriageway width accommodates only Railway lane width.
Program internally calculates the Lane width and number of lanes.
