Why does the default load combination for Strength II have beta factors set to zero for LL+IM, CE, and BR? Shouldn't they be set to 1.35 per AASHTO 3.4.1-1?

Hi David,

STRENGTH Group II combination is for evaluating permit vehicles that is why we set the LL+IM, CE and BR to 0.00 but we set the LLp, CEp and BRp to 1.35 (see image below):

Thank you. I re-read AASHTO and did notice that Strength II is for "permit" vehicles and that RC Pier has a different input load/truck for those.
