LEAP Bridge Concrete v16.01.00.10 - Substructure - Can Pier have a tapered cap and have a off-set column?

Question

I try to create a pier with a tapered cap, which is unsymmetrical and with a column near one edge. 
 Is it possible? I know i can create a symmetrical cap with a column offset from the center, but the location of non-tapered segment cannot be modified.

In RC-PIER if you use the "Tapered Cap" option, you can only do symmetrically tapered pier caps. However, if you choose the cap shape to be "Variable", you should be able to define different cross sections along the piercap length, and make the non symmetric cap shape you are looking for.
