LEAP Steel - built up diaphragms

Is it possible to place a built up diaphragm? I can place the web plate, but i see no options to place the flanges.

Can you please post a picture of what you are trying to model?
Next release coming in January will allow user to define diaphragms and cross frames.

In LEAP Bridge Steel, you can input the Moment of Inertia and Area for the Web under the "Custom Sections". This is what is truly considered for the analysis, for the effect of the diaphragm. The flanges are not drawn currently, but would be good to add in a future release.

i saw those options, however the diaphragm i wish to place is 36" deep on a 42" deep beam. would placing a diaphragm with only area and MOI mimic the same results as such a deep diaphragm? or should i model it as a cross frame with the top and bottom struts and diagonal the represent the web plate? like this:

I tested this issue and it looks like currently the user can input the custom plate (as web) as Top Strut and Bottom Strut and currently there is no provision to input the flanges. I would not suggest to input the flanges as a diagonal.
The other option is to input the area and MOI and mimic the same results as such a deep diaphragm.

If the above solution does not help then I shall forward this issue to the development team.
