OBM to LBC

I am learning how to use OBM, and I have created a very basic bridge to try to export to LBC for analysis. However, LBC fails when importing the .xml file. IT does not allow me to add the LBC directory to my path, so I have to open the files manually.

What am I doing wrong?

OBM version: 08.11.10.42

LBC version: 16.01.00.10

OBM_LEAPBridge.xml basic_bridge.dgn

windows 10? we ran into a similar issue. there are two registry keys that aren't being created likely due to windows 10 UAC. We needed manually add the keys it to work.

Thanks Michael. I'm on Win7 but those registry keys were not created by my install process either, so I added them.

I also found an option to import from OBM (under Tools) which seems to work better than using the regular open dialog. Go figure.

Does LEAP Bridge create a log file? There is a registry key which indicates it might but I have no idea where it goes.

OBM to LBS creates a log file. when you export to LBS there is a save path shown. I beleive the log file gets saved there even if you change the location of the .lbs file that gets created.
