LBS - load combinations not saving - BUG???

I created a bunch of load rating combination in LBS and applied the live load i want in leach one. when i hit ok and go back in they are all messed up. sometimes it adds additional loads, sometime sit adds the wrong load.

    I tested your issue and when I opened the file I saw that the Trucks assigned under Rating combinations for different Custom combination got interchanged and was not
    Assigned correctly .
    So I deleted the HL-93 Tandem and HL-93 Truck Train incorrectly assigned under HL-93 Truck Inventory and HL-93 Tandem Inventory combinations.
    And I correctly assigned HL-93 Truck and HL-93 Tandem under HL-93 Truck Inventory and HL-93 Tandem Inventory combinations respectively.
    Then I clicked OK and then I Refreshed The Bridge and then I saved the file and click on New button and reopened the file and saw that the 2 trucks assigned
    Previously was retained and was not interchanged with other combination.

    I tested this issue in V16.02.00.02.
