RM Bridge Tendons Along Transverse Direction

Hi, 
 Is it possible to model tendons in transverse direction in RM Bridge as photo below? 
 If can how?

Very wide pier caps are usually modelled in the transversal direction, therefore these tendons would be still longitudinal to the elements main axis. 
 For transversal PT we would need the final FEM implementation finalized before.
