ZeGan He. This seems to be a very specific pier, perhaps to model the support between two different units on a bridge. If this is a very common requirement, we may consider creating a parametric model to facilitate such pier modeling. But our general approach is that these one of a kind piers should be modeled by the user using MS cells and placed in OBM using the "Place Custom Pier"

This type of the pier is widely used at the location of the expansion joint in China, especially when the spans of the units it support are quite different. So I hope you may consider creating a parametric model for it.
I'm in Chicago, IL, USA and need one of these as well.
This can be done as simple cell or if you have a need for a variety of them of different sizes, consider creating it as a functional component.
Thankyou so much Steve. I have never created a 3D cell or functional component. I'm going to start looking for a good help video. Probably better I stick with a simple cell. I'm going to be up until 2am for sure.
