&lt;p&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;reference a dgn file with the alignment into OBM, and use it as the primary bridge alignment. Once you are notified that the alignment has changed, simply open up OBM, and hit the Update Bridge button. This will cause the bridge to react to the changes in the alignment.&lt;/p&gt;
