First of all; I have already updated the user's machine to the newest version of LEAP Bridge Concrete. I removed the older version and restarted before installing the newest version. The error occurs anytime the user tries to open an LBG file created by another user (who is using the same version of the software). After hitting "OK" on the first error box, I get the second error box. Please see the images below.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Also, this does occur on any file that the user attempts to open. I have also tried granting administrative, full control rights to the user for the entirety of the C-drive with no success.
The current version available on Bentley Select Server is V17.00.01.01.
Uninstall V16 as shown in the screenshot.
Delete the LBC folder in the C: drive.
Delete the library folder
Clean the registry and reinstall V17 on Local C: drive and that should resolve the issue.
