Open Bridge Modeler and LEAP Bridge Concrete

Question

Hello, 
 I am getting the following error while trying to transfer the OpenBridge Modeler model over to LEAP Bridge Concrete to complete the girder design. 
 Error: LEAP Bridge Concrete application could not be found in path. 
 Currently running LEAP Bridge Concrete 17.01.00.36 and Open Bridge Modeler 08.11.12.88 
 
 Please advise,

Jennifer, In general, OBM uses your computer registry entries to find the installed/last used version of component applications.

Not sure if this issue is resolved, but since type of support is product version specific, i would recommend you file a support ticket so our technical support engineers can troubleshoot more efficiently.

uninstall the OBD program. 
 Delete all the OBD folder from C: drive 
 Then delete the computer registry entries to find the installed/last used version of component applications. 
 As per the screenshot the verson is V17 and in your case it might be V22. 
 Please delete that folder and then reinstall the program .
