When sending model from OBM > RM please be sure that *.xml path file name is filled.

Ran into the same problem with LBC (not just the conspan module). Copying and saving the file with a new name, and opening the newly named file solved the problem

Once the model is created in Precast/Prestressed Girder module in LEAP Bridge Concrete . Please close and update the file and then save as .lbc file.

Then open the file in the main LBC window itself.
