does anyone know where I can access and modify material safety factors when using the Ultres action with Eurocode?
I need to modify the gam1 factor since it is different than the program suggests.

analyzer ->properties ->material data
Those do not unfortunately associate with Ultres action.
did you try directly modifying the values of FYK and FYD in the bottom left panel?
