I need to use AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specs - 7th edition with 2015 & 2016 interim revisions for my project.
I have following options and want to know the version which is appropriate for the project.

V17.01.01.11 is as per AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specs - 7th edition with 2015 & 2016 interim revisions , you should be able to use this version for your project.
