LEAP Bridge Concrete CE Edition - Crashing at Opening

When the Leap bridge icon is clicked I get the following error message:

I am using Windows 7 x64 Enterprise machine in domain environment. It does work for another user (profile) on my machine. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and clean up the registry with same error coming up.
