Substructure: Offset Between Center of the Deck and Center of the bent cap for skewed cap

Unfortunately it is measured along the support which does't do us much good on skewed substructure. To get a skewed cap offset correctly you have to calculate the horizontal offset manually and enter that. I brought this up to the development team a while back so I imagine they will give us the option to offset perpendicular to the alignment in the future hopefully : )

Sorry, I should have said to get a skewed cap offset correctly you have to calculate the "along the length of the cap" offset manually based on the horizontal offset (get the hypotenuse of the triangle based on the adjacent horizontal offset side).
