Hello!In the LAYOUT feature under GEOMETRY tab of CONBOX, I cannot continue the analysis whenever I set one CONNECTION as SPRING (with values). I am always ending up in an "UNKNOWN ERROR" message. Can someone please shed a light on this one?

Please provide the screenshot of the layout and also the spring constant that has been applied.

I may have to test this issue .
I tested this issue in V14.00.00.19 and inputted same spring value and I was unable to replicate the issue as I did not get the unknown error.
I will try to re-install the program and run the same model.Thanks for the verification.
