It is unclear to me what is to be input for beam spacings. When I input the spacing measured between bearings measured parallel to the support, I get the error message "Sum of beam spacings is greater than Overall Width in Span."
For skewed and Flared girder Bridge ,I would suggest you to follow these procedure to model your bridge .
1) Make sure distance between the supports is right ,Conspan considers the station numbers from the center of the Pier/abutment to center of Pier/abutment and does not consider the station based on the alignment. User needs to calculate the stationing based on center of the bridge and later on in Layout option input the deck offset if any. Also please check this attached Be communities link which explains how the distance between supports are calculated. http://communities.bentley.com/products/bridge_design___engineering/w/bridge_design_and_engineering__wiki/15620.flared-girder-bridges-calculation-of-distance-between-center-of-abutment-to-the-center-of-abutment

2) Width of deck is measured normal to the alignment and not along the skew. The perpendicular distance is calculated from edge to edge of the deck
3) The deck offset to align is the perpendicular distance calculated from the center of the deck to the alignment.
4) Alignment offset à Lateral offset from the alignment to the centerline of the support (Measured normal to the alignment).
5) Distance between girders should be measure Along Normal to reference ( Perpendicular Distance).
Make sure all the above information are right in your model.
