hi,
We are trying to design a inverted tee multicolumn, we found a problema to define two bearing lines, only it's posible to define one single line, the option of double line isn't available.
With a rectangular cap RC Pier allows us to insert the double line.
See the image, please.
Thanks!
I tested this issue in V18.01.00.16 and I couldn't replicate this issue.
In the first test I used ABC Wizard to model multiple column with inverted T cap and 2 lines of bearing and the program modeled correctly.
In the second test I used ABC Wizard to model single column with inverted T cap and 2 lines of bearing and the program modeled correctly.
In the third test I modeled only substructure with single column with inverted T cap and 2 lines of bearing and the program modeled correctly.
Please email me the file so that I can test it . My email ID is Vinay.mysore@bentley.com
I'm having this same issue and I'm using V19.02.00.33. Was there any resolution? Email bbrooks@mbakerintl.com
Hi Brandon,
I tested this issue in V19.02.00.33 and for Inverted T beam i was able to input 2 lines of bearing.
I modeled the pier in the standalone module of LBC. i did not user ABC wizard to model the inverted T beam pier.
Users should select double option under bearing line.
Also V19 is a very old version and i would suggest you to download the latest version of Open Bridge Designer.
The current version of LBC is V22.00.04.34
I hope it helps
Thanks,
Vinay
