I have placed a variable width deck, but the point control doesn't react or move along the control line if the support line has a skew angle of 20.4 degrees (as needed). However, the same deck works well if I decrease the support line skew angle to 10 degrees or less. Any idea why?

Please provide more details, or better yet file a service ticket, so one of engineers can troubleshoot it.
