Hello,
The bridge is curve prestressed with box beams and the mild reinforcement within the beams is floating above the bridge deck. Currently the issue just seems to be graphical. The model was intailly generated with the ABC modeler in version 18.01.00.16, I am now running version 18.02.01.16. The following pictures show the issue.
