It appears that when the elevation at the top of the pier is negative ( for instance, the top of deck is set at 0.00), the software would generate the WS load on column or stem (UDL ) for the STR III - 60 degree case only .
No UDL on columns/ stems is generated for the other angles or load combinations.
This does not happen when the top of the pier has a positive elevation (e.g. the top of deck is set at +100.00).
Is this a know issue?

I agree with your findings that if the top of deck is set at 0.00 then the program is not generating the UDL load on Columns for any WS load case .
Whereas if the top of deck is set at 100.00 then the program is generating the UDL load on Columns for any WS load case.
This is not know issue.
