What does it mean in RC-Pier footing design output when it says "Two way shear in footing is not designed and stirrups are not considered"? The table right above that note gives values for two-way shear.
The notes seems to mention that the stirrups is not accounted for in the 2 way shear design in footing.
2 way shear check is done in the program.
