LEAP Concrete CONNECT and am running into a geometry error

I am trying to model a 2-span 9-girder Prestressed Girder bridge in LEAP Concrete CONNECT v16.02.00.11 and am running into a geometry error.

My two abutments are 103.77ft wide (to match the roadway) but the center pier is only ~95' wide (only extends from G1-G9). However, the program seems to reset my pier to match the 103.77ft every time I go into a module other than the substructure module. So if I make edits to the superstructure loads, when i save those changes, the pier will be reset to 103.77ft from 95ft.

I can go into the substructure module and change the length, but this ties the pier to the left edge of the bridge deck and make it too short on one side and the last row of bearings are off the pier. If I go into the Geometry tab and edit the pier length there, it moves the pier with respect to the centerline of bridge and causes all my girders to be skewed. tellthebell

Has anyone run into this problem before? Is this is a known issue? Any help would be appreciated.
