Push Over Analysis

I am modelling an extradosed bridge, and trying to perform a push over analysis on the structure using the FEMA440 Displacement Modification method. My aim is to perform a response spectrum analysis on the structure to obtain the displacement at the top of the pier. I would then like to perform the push over analysis in both the longitudinal and transverse direction using the displacement from the RSA analysis as the target displacement at the control node at the top of the pier. I have followed the methodology in the online push over tutorial, however I am getting the following errors when I analyse the model:

  • WARNING: using M.mtx file for pushover loadset calculation
  • ERROR: Error reading force-deformation curve

Could anyone please advise what the issue is that is causing the error and the analysis to fail. I have attached my .tcl files. In addition, I have input the reinforcement in the pier section as I would like to form a non-linear plastic hinge in the base of the pier. Will the analysis automatically account for strain hardening in the reinforcement (Parks model) and concrete confinement (Mander model), or is a separate definition required for this? I would also like to know if it is possible to output the moment-curvature curve for the pier section using these non linear material properties.
