Open bridge modeler - failed to copy payload for Bentley DgnDb iModel Importer 1.6x64

I was trying to install the newest version of OBM (10.07.11.13), but the message "failed to copy payload for Bentley DgnDb iModel Importer 1.6x64" pops up, and there is no other option but EXIT only. Searching the Bentley Communities I have found the same case, but for Open Roads https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/40402/failed-to-copy-payload-for-bentley-dgndb-imodel-importer-1-6x64. 

I have applied the solution described there but without good result - the message still appears. The only "difference" in my case is I have found ItgDgnDbImporter_1.6_x64.msi file only in c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\ location. There were no this file in C:\Temp.

I would be grateful for any advice how to make OBM "installable"
