I go into the loads dialog, create a load, and then add it to the load combinations. When I click OK to exit, then go back in, the load that I just added to the load combinations is no longer in the load combinations. Further, every time I go into the loads dialog, click OK, then go back in, other loads have disappeared from the load combinations including loads that were automatically generated, e.g. self weight slab, self weight steel.
This does not always happen and seems to be random.
Has anyone else experienced this? What is going on?!?!?

I have updated and the issue remains. See below for progressive screenshots after going into the loads dialog then clicking OK. Going into the loads dialog and clicking OK ... etc.
