We're trying to load rate an existing bridge (PC/PS slab units without topping slab) per LFR. The operating rating factor results from LEAP Bridge Concrete are the same for all legal vehicles. This shouldn't be the case. DFs yes, RFs no. How can we submit our file to see if there's an issue with LEAP?
