LEAP Bridge Concrete v19 crashing and wiping model

I'm working on a two-span prestressed PCEF bulb tee bridge for a state DOT in LEAP Bridge Concrete v19.  I'm new to LEAP Bridge Concrete, but I've used other LEAP products.  We're at the TS&L stage, and I'm trying to get the preliminary design of the superstructure, an abutment, and the pier done, but I'm having a very unusual problem where LEAP Bridge will crash and completely wipe my model.

The crash seems to happen most often when I'm trying to use the Help menu (F1), though it has occured at other times as well.  When it crashes, I re-start the program and am presented with a dialogue asking if I would like to restore using a backup file, save the backup file, or just continue as-is.  I've tried all three options, and none work.  I will get an error about a program exception, then I'm left with a blank LEAP Bridge file.  Even the option to save the backup file does not work.  Saving periodically doesn't do anything, because the program literally wipes out the file entirely...regardless of how many times you save it.  The only potential work-around I see is to periodically copy the file within the directory, but that's not really a practical solution to this problem.

I had our IT department reinstall the program, but it does not appear this has resolved the issue.  I have tried running LEAP Bridge Concrete v18, and I did not get any crashes.  However, I am not able to run the AASHTO 8th edition code in v18, so that will not work for our project.

Has anyone else encountered this crashing/wiping problem in v19 or have any suggestions about how to resolve it?

UPDATE (1/22/20): I've also confirmed what Seth noted in the comments, that LEAP Bridge Concrete v19 will also crash when using the cap auto-design feature in the RC-PIER module.  In my case it doesn't simply wipe my model, it completely deletes the file from our server.  LEAP created a backup .RCP file which I was able to restore with; however, that file also crashes upon running auto-design.

I also tried manually defining cap reinforcement, but RC-PIER crashes when running that as well.  This is a very critical error, as there is currently no way to design a cap in Leap Bridge Concrete v19.

Not sure if there's any relation to the crashing/wiping, but I also receive the message "Properties for default combinations are different than the one in the library: FATIGUE I" every time I open my RC-PIER model.  LEAP never saves my analysis results, and I'm left re-developing load combos and re-analyzing each time I open it.  FYI, I did not make any modifications to load factors from the default in Leap Bridge Concrete v19.
