Cracking control-Bent Cap design-Leap Bridge concrete

Question

Dear All 
 I am designing a one span cored slab bridge using LEAP Bridge Concrete Connect Version 19.01.00.11 and LRFD 8 
 The "Cap" design output for "Cracking" (AASHTO 5.6.7) shows a code violation when checking top and bottom bar spacing at a given point. Also, when I put all numbers in the equation above, I don't get the provided spacing, fss = 0.06 ksi, h = 36 in, dc = 2.56 in, gama = 1. Please see the tables below. The reference should be 5.6.7-1 not as shown in the table. 
 Is this a "program error" or am I inputting something wrong?

In detailed Design results report the Article number should be changed. 
 Its a error in the program.

The top face is in tension and the bottom face is in compression. AASHTO 5.6.7 says that equation 5.6.7-1 checks the spacing of the mild reinforcement in the layer closest to the tension face 
 At the bottom face since there is no moment which creates Tension or Tensile stress the program is eventually showing Fss=0 ksi and the equation 5.6.7-1 does not apply there and as a result of which the program is showing Srqd as 5&rdquo; .
