Leap bridge concrete-Area of Steel Required for column design

Hi 
 Please help me to know area of steel required for the design of columns, or Area required/ Area Provided Ratio. To calculate modification factor to reduce development length as per AASHTO LRFD 5.10.8.2.4b&mdash;Modification Factors clause.

You can auto design the column and the program will calculate the Area of steel required. 
 The program will do a optimal column design. 
 Or you can provide or input the rebar information and click on Design status button and check if the PhMn/Mu value is greater than 1.
