I have two users, one on Windows 7, the other on Windows 10.
Both are running the latest LEAP Bridge Concrete (version 19.02.03.33).
They can create LCBX files, but get this error when attempting to reopen them:
The Windows 10 user tried renaming these files' extensions to LCB. That works, but only intermittently and rarely:
File1.LCBX was renamed to a LCB extension yesterday. Yesterday: didn't open. Today: opened. Today, 10 minutes later: didn't open.
File2.LCBX was renamed to a LCB extension today. Today: didn't open. Today, 10 minutes later: opened.
Any ideas appreciated...
Please save the file on the local C: Drive.
see to that the user has all the admin rights to access the file.
See to that the library files are not on servers .
Servers needs to be saved on the local drive as well.
I hope it helps.
Vinay,
Thank you for your reply. The actual cause of this issue wound up being a third party piece of software! it is a security program that does lots of duties from antivirus to antispyware to all sorts of things. When our IT department put an exception to not monitor the LBC executable, this issue went away. Thanks again!
