I am working on a plate girder design in LEAP Bridge Steel and have noticed that the program uses the cross frame connection plates as a stiffener for the web when accounting for the d0 value in 6.10.9.1 for web shear capacity. My question is, can I disable this functionality or force LBS to only account for bearing stiffeners? Counting the cross frame connection plates assumes that those will be designed per 6.10.11, which I do not want to do in this particular case.

Currently it is not possible to disable the cross frame connection plates as a stiffener for the web.
There is an option to input the material as None for the connection plates. Please check if this workaround solution helps you in resolving your issue.
