LEAP Bridge Concrete - Substructure Design

A few questions:

I created a three span PS Bulb-Tee bridge model from Open Bridge Designer, got superstructure designed, now getting into substructure design, here are a few questions (also see attached file for more clarity of the snap shots)

1. First I choose Abutment -> click Abutment Config., when I click OK without even changing anything, there is a warning message "Input value must be greater than -0"; after I changed some of the numbers, similar messages will pop up.  Basically I can not edit anything.  Is this supposed to be?  Similarly if I want to check superstructure, etc.

2. Second question - I can Generate DC, but can't Generate LL + IM.  After click Edit to LL1, button Generate is grayed out, why?  However, it seems I can generate Permit Live Load LLp, a strange thing is that not only permit live load, all the design live loads are shown in LLp, which is fine since I can select the permit load.

    Going thru the attached word document:

    • ABUTMENT CONFIGURATION:  I am not able to reproduce the issue in my dataset.  I will need your dataset to review.  Please ZIP and email me your OBM model along with the LBCX file.  Dilip.Matange@bentley.com
    • SUPERSTRUCTURE PARAMETERS:  I assume in your OpenBridge model you have not placed any barriers.  In LEAP Bridge Concrete the Superstructure Parameters has the Barrier/Railing Height is set to 0.00 and the program is expecting a value greater than 0.00.  If can enter 0.001 for the height and click OK or you are not changing any values you can click on Cancel to dismiss the dialog.
    • DESIGN LIVE LOAD GENERATION:  If the Generation button is grayed out you should delete the selected load and add it again.  You should generate the loads as you add to the right window rather than adding all the loads at one time.
    • PERMIT LOAD REACTION GENERATION:  The Available window shows all the available trucks.  You need to scroll down to see the other permit trucks:
