We are working in the design of a Pier with a rotated Cap-Column condition. In order to proceed with the analysis of the loads it I important to specify the angle of orientation between the CL of the Column and the CL of the Pile cap. Is there any option or tool in RC-Pier to provide that configuration to the model?

Currently there is no option in the program to Rotate the column or provide and angle of orientation between the CL of the column and the CL of the Pile Cap.

Are you just looking to tilt the cap? If so that is possible by playing with the left and right cap end elevations in the multi-column model type (use this even if it is a single column).
