Leap Bridge Concrete 19.02.0033 - LRFD 7- 5.8.4.4 The minimum reinforcement shear reinforcement

Hello,

according to AASHTO LRFD 7, section 5.84.4: The minimum reinforcement shear reinforcement shall be waived for girder/slab interfaces with surface roughened to an amplitude of 0.25 in where the factored interface shear stress, vi of Eq. 5.8.4.2-1 is less than 0.210 ksi, and all vertical (transverse) shear reinforcement required by the provisions of Article 5.8.1.1 is extended across the interface and adequately anchored into the slab.

In my project, the bridge superstructure has 6 FIB-75 spaced at 6'-11" O.C, the top flange is 48" wide, it seems like Leap does not apply the waiver of the minimum reinforcement shear reinforcement correctly, and shows  Avh -prvd (in^2/ft) in red, even though the calculated  Vnh-req/A.cv (by the designer) is less than 0.210 ksi as shown in the table below:

Please advise.

Thank you.
