LEAP RC-PIER P-delta effect in load combinations

When checking Show P-delta Effects in the Analysis tab, are the values shown represent values with p-delta effect? For example, are the column/shaft moments magnified with p-delta factor in these load combinations (with a "C" on the end of the LC#)? If yes, they should match the values in the Column tab Design Statuses, right? If not, what values are these?

If none of the above correct, can you suggest how to extract p-delta factors for each column. I'm trying to extract P-delta factors at my top of shafts, but I'm getting 3 different values per shaft for my Mx and Mz for one Load Combination that's showed as the one causing the worst loading.

Edit: Quick investigation into the load combinations with the "C" showed that the LC# shown on the Column Design Statuses is wrong. I was able to find the values under a different Load Combination number. Is this a known glitch?

  • This is a general example to explain :

if the user is getting the letter “C” under combination for footing design.
C generally represents P delta analysis or Magnified moment analysis .
Once the P delta analysis is selected and the column is designed you should be able to see the
Vertical load and moment at the bottom of the column in the Design status page
In this particular case 36C is the critical Load combination and the moment is 7121 k-ft.
When the footing is designed under flexure user can see the same moment which is 7121 k-ft and the combination as C in the Z direction.
