I am having difficulties with using leap bridge steel within the open bridge designer application. I am finding that each time I go into LBS from OBM (BIM workflow), various aspects of my design are overwritten and need to be re-entered (specifically sacrificial deck thickness, shear connectors, wearing surface information, & load combinations). I have not been able to figure out how to prevent this from happening, and it is not feasible to re-enter the information every time I go back into LBS. Is there a specific aspect of the workflow that I am misusing to cause this to happen?

Hi Andrew,
If you are using BIM workflow, and if you are making some changes to the OBM (physical) model, analytical model resets some of the input depending on the scale of the change you made on OBM side. However, you should be receiving warning messages once that happens. Can you please create a service request and in that, attach your OBD file? Therefore, our team can investigate it further. Thanks.
