How to check if I have the proper template library?. I am using OpenBridge Modeler CONNECT Edition, Update 8.1, v10.08.01.78
The template is usually unavailable when the “Bentley Property Catalog Service” is not running properly in the Services dialog. Please try the following to troubleshoot:

My “Bentley Property Catalog Service” was not running at the first instance. And there wasn't any folder called "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Engineering".
Then I checked how did I installed the software to my system. When I installed the 'obm10080178en.exe' file directly from the Bentley software's, the “Bentley Property Catalogue" was not 'Running'. What I did was
