I have created AASHTO LRFD Strength III and Strength V load cases and defined wind loads; however, I do not see where these loads are reflected the output for the lateral flange stresses?
What exactly are the capabilities of LBS with regards to lateral wind loads? Are they included in the code checks?

if you are performing the analysis using line girder analysis then the lateral flange stresses are not generated.
I would suggest you use the grillage/FEM option to generate the lateral flange stresses for wind load cases under Strength III and Strength V load cases.
