Hi,
Is it possible to have voids on deck slab?
This bridge supports a rail station concourse and need to accommodate lift shafts.
FYI : void shown on this image is not an actual void.
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Mark
OBM CE - 2019 Release 2 update 7 - Version 10.07.03.23
Mark ... with the new release of OBM that is due early next week, you will be able to use the solids modeling tools to modify elements including cutting and punching holes in those solids.
Thanks Steve.
Looking forward for next week's release of OBM.
For Interim - we managed to capture the voids by splitting into several decks.
Hi Mark,
Here you can find a list with all the enhancements packed in the next release of OBM.

Regarding the manipulation of the solids using Microstation tools, I would recommend modifying the OBM objects after you have finished the modeling of the bridge using the OBM tools. Always backup your working file before altering the OBM objects with Microstation tools.
