I am using FDOT Connect for OBM to create a 5-span FSB bridge. I have successfully created units, added support lines, modified deck templates, placed deck and created beam layouts for each span. When I attempt to Place the Beam, I select the Beam Layout for the active unit and Accept the selection, but the Beam Definition dialog does not open. Instead I get an Exception message at the bottom of the screen. When I open the log file that the message points to, it says "Exception : Library not registered." "In Assembly: Bentley.Interop.MicroStationDGN" and about 19 lines under "Stack Trace:" Has anyone else had a similar issue?
