OpenBridge Designer Functionality

Question

I am working on the Bentley tutorials but I am confuse on how all of the Open Bridge Desiner connects to Open Bridge Modeler and Leap. 
 
 do we need to start from OpenBridgeDesigner to have the Modeler and Leap work together. 
 
 When I create in OpenBridge Designer, what exactly am I creating? 
 
 and if we wanted to skip the OpenBridge Designer and start with OpenBridge Modeler, can I sill connect both OpenBridge Modeler and Leap?

Hi Andres, 
 OpenBridge Modeler, LEAP (LBC & LBS) and RM Bridge are part of OpenBridge Designer and there are two possible workflows: BIM & Standalone. 
 When you create a project in OpenBridge Designer it is going to populate into only one place all the models information that can be connected for the entire process of design. When you skip OpenBridge Designer and start a project directly thru OpenBridge Modeler you can still export the data to LEAP but it will not be linked for the remaining of the process. It is an important evolution step thru real data integrity for the bridge model.
