I am having issues when creating sheets. the actual drawing will be out of the plane of the sheet or when it is in the sheet it is not centered or does not fit in the sheet, I tried changing the scale of the sheet but the model drawing des not move and then it intersects with the Title block
The section that you created is simply a reference file to the sheet border. What you can do to move it on to the sheet, is hover your pointer over the referenced section that you want to move, press and hold your right mouse button, click on Move Reference, then left click to pick a point on (or near) the section to move from, then left click within the sheet to set the new location for the section.
