I'm having issues with the bearings displaying properly in LEAP Bridge Steel for one of my piers. I have already checked that the CL of pier to CL of bearing distances are correct and that the pier cap width is also correctly input. However, the program is displaying the bearings like this:
Additionally, in the substructure design section for this support, the bearings appear off:
However, in the Bearings/Beam Seat definition window, things are displayed correctly:
Do you know how I can go about fixing the bearing display issue? Additionally, will this issue affect the girder reaction calculations, or is it an error in display only?

General information/solution for everyone.
Recreating a new model with the sequence of Support as S1-S2-S3-S4, and making the beam seat sizes the exact same size as the bearings, seemed to work.
