&lt;p&gt;Is this issue happening on all machines or only on this machine?&amp;nbsp; I checked the &lt;em&gt;ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin&lt;/em&gt; On my machine and it is set to 0.&amp;nbsp; Can you please try 0 too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, I want you to delete the following folders for all user logins and try again:&lt;/p&gt;
