Not sure if this forum is the right place to formulate this question, but I did not find another one where it could fit better.
I need to perform the 3D model of the cantilever and overhead sign bridges for the signing and the toll infrastructure of a project. They consists of concrete or steel vertical towers supporting steel horizontal trusses, where the sign panels are placed.
May it be modeled using OBM?

If this is only for the purpose of modeling for visualization purposes, you should be able to create cells using the Microstation tools available under the Drawing and Modeling workflows from within OBM. You can then place them in OBM using the place accessories commands.
